To apply for a place in any of our classes, parents or carers will need to go through the Cambridgeshire County Council admissions process. Details of this can be found on the Cambridgeshire County Council website www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk.
For children transferring to the Academy at the end of Key Stage 1 (year 2), we hold an open event in the Autumn term for prospective parents to have the opportunity to look around and see the school in action before applying for a place. Enquiries and visits can also be arranged by contacting the academy office.
For a place in any other year groups, we recommend that parents contact the academy in the first instance so that we can liaise with the County Council over the offer of any places. Please see our full admissions policy below.
The Academy uses Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) to manage its appeals. CCC will prepare guidance for parents and relevant children about how the appeals process will work and a named contact who can answer any questions parents may have about the process. Appeal forms are available from the Cambridgeshire County Council website.
Our admission policies for 2018-19 and 2019-20 can be found below. Parents and carers of prospective pupils are encouraged to visit theAcademy by contacting the office.
