Admissions

To apply for a place in any of our classes, parents or carers will need to go through the Cambridgeshire County Council admissions process which can be accessed below.

CCC admissions

For children transferring to the Academy at the end of Key Stage 1 (year 2), we hold an open event in the Autumn term for prospective parents to have the opportunity to look around and see the school in action before applying for a place. Enquiries and visits can also be arranged at any time by contacting the academy office.

For a place in any other year groups, we recommend that parents contact the academy in the first instance so that we can liaise with the County Council over the offer of any places.  Please see our full admissions policy below.

We also have a virtual tour, whilst it was created in 2020-21 during the Covid pandemic. It can provide you with a flavour of our school if you haven’t been able to visit.

The Academy uses Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) to manage admissions and appeals. CCC will prepare guidance for parents and relevant children about how the appeals process will work and a named contact who can answer any questions parents may have about the process.  Appeal forms and the timetable for appeals available from the Cambridgeshire County Council website on the link above.

Our admissions policy for 2024-25 and 2025-26 can be found below.  Parents and carers of prospective pupils are encouraged to visit the Academy by contacting the office.
