Our Curriculum

Our curriculum has been developed by all staff in their roles as teachers and as subject leaders. We have worked with the other schools in our Trust to create a Meridian curriculum that delivers the national curriculum entitlement but also reflects the needs of our children and the changing areas that each school is located in.  The curriculum is designed so that children can acquire a good body of knowledge which progressively develops through their primary years.  Alongside this, children are explicitly taught the skills needed to access and retain key knowledge. Further detail is included on our subject pages.
